We clear credit records of negative information by going to court and applying for the judgments to be rescinded (cancelled) and by negotiating debt settlements with creditors.  We have rescinded thousands of judgments countrywide and specialise in improving our clients' credit records so that they can obtain credit and pay less interest.

Our fees vary depending on the type of judgment listing we need to remove.   Clients usually send us a copy of their credit records to obtain a quote. 

We can usually only assist to remove listings once the account is settled.  We specialise in negotiating reduced debt settlements with creditors.

We also assist with consumer advice and other legal services through our network of specialist attorneys.  Appointments may be arranged by calling our offices.
