Logan Attorneys is a consumer law firm, specifically focussed on consumer credit issues such as clearing the credit record of negative information such as judgments, bank defaults, defaults and collections. We do this by rescinding judgments and negotiating with creditors for the removal of defaults. We also apply for the variation and setting aside of garnishee and administration orders and apply for the rehabilitation of sequestrated clients.
FIX YOUR CREDIT RECORD

We would be glad to assist you to clear your credit records. Once payment of an overdue account is made, Logan Attorneys is able to have the related judgment rescinded and/or have the related adverse information updated or removed from your credit records. This allows you to improve or clear your credit records, and thereby qualify for credit at lower rates of interest, saving you money.

However before we can assist you, we need to see your credit records, preferably from all the big credit bureaus (TransUnion, Experian, and XDS) as the information contained on each credit bureau is usually different. These credit records will provide us with your credit information so that we can advise you what can actually be done and give you a quote to either remove, or where that is not possible at least positively amend, the listings.

Where possible, we would prefer that you get your consolidated credit record from Credit Health, our sister company, as this will save us time in capturing your details to our IT system and getting you a quote. You can order your Credit Health Report by visiting www.credithealth.co.za

Alternatively, if you already have all your credit records, please email them to info@loganattorneys.co.za requesting a quote and we will capture them to our IT system and provide you with a quote. If you cannot email us your credit records, please fax them to us on 086 686 8316.
